We create the mold design and send you a 3D render for approval. We'll suggest materials, finishes, and any structural reinforcement needed.
Mold is CNC-milled or 3D-printed. Concrete is mixed, poured, vibrated, and cured. Finishing: sanding, sealing, patina, embedded objects.
Piece is photographed, packed in custom foam, and shipped. 2 weeks from approval to your door. Tracking included.
Pricing depends on size, complexity, and finish. Below are starting points. We'll quote your exact piece after reviewing your submission.
Shipping: flat rate $25 domestic, $60 international. Free pickup in San Diego.

How heavy are the pieces?
Concrete is heavy. A laptop stand is ~8kg. Small planters are 1-2kg.
We optimize wall thickness where possible, but mass is part of the material's character.
Can you embed electronics?
Yes. USB ports, LED strips, wireless chargers, cable routing.
We cast channels and cavities into the mold. Wiring is sealed and safe.
What concrete do you use?
GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) for most pieces -- stronger and
lighter than standard concrete. Standard Portland cement for brutalist
aesthetic where raw weight is the point.
Can I send a 3D model?
Yes. STL, OBJ, STEP, or any common format. We'll CNC-mill the mold
directly from your model. This is the fastest path from idea to object.
What if I just have a vague idea?
That works too. Describe what you want in plain language. We'll
sketch options and send renders before casting anything.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Flat rate $60 international. Pieces are packed in custom-cut foam
inside double-walled boxes. We've shipped to 12 countries without a break.
